What if I make a mistake with personalization?

Since custom jewelry is made especially for you, please double-check spelling, dates, and details before confirming your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.

For non-personalized items, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Personalized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or faulty.

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it right away — either with a replacement or refund.
